In the spring of 2010, Joe Demin traveled to Thailand to visit an old friend. Joe was hoping to soak up the sun, explore Thai culture and eat some seriously spicy noodles. He didn’t have an inkling that his three week trip would set off a chain of events that led to him leaving his corporate job and investing everything he had into a new endeavor: to spark a hammocking revolution.
That’s exactly what Joe did! His hammocking revolution gave birth to his company Yellow Leaf Hammocks. It also gave birth to a wonderful new relationship with Westwerk. We sat down with Joe and discovered his goals, brainstormed how to meet these goals and ultimately gave birth to a visually rich and inviting WordPress-based e-Commerce site where Joe and company could continue to build their business.
